Create Your Fest
Create a fest when you need a new event account with its own branding, users, subscription, public website, and competition workspaces.
Enter Fest Details
Add the fest name, motto, logo, description, contact email, phone number, address, and country. Choose a subdomain carefully because it becomes part of the public identity of the fest.
If you use a custom domain, confirm it only after the domain is ready and owned by your organization.
Choose The Fest Structure
Choose a simple structure for one competition workspace. Choose multiple workspaces when departments, stages, age groups, schools, zones, or event types need separate results and management.
For larger events, create levels first, then place workspaces under those levels. This keeps navigation and reporting easier for admins.
Create The First Workspace
A workspace needs a name, slug, timezone, status, host, dates, and optional location details. Set the timezone before opening registrations or creating schedules.
Add Defaults
Set default substitution rules, terminology, chest number generation, and enabled features before importing a large amount of data. Defaults can usually be adjusted later, but changing them after registrations begin can confuse users.
Next Steps
After creation, add teams, categories, sections, candidates, programmes, and users. Do this before publishing public pages so visitors see complete and accurate information.
