Upload Files

Upload files with clear names. Add useful metadata or categories when your team needs to find files later.

Where Files Are Used

Files can be used for logos, candidate photos, team logos, gallery images, downloads, news images, template backgrounds, substitution documents, and exported files.

Public And Private Use

Uploading a file does not automatically make it public. A file becomes visible publicly only when you attach it to a public gallery, download, news item, or website page.

Cleanup

Remove outdated files from public content before publishing pages or downloads.
