Managing Users
Adding New Users
- Navigate to Users and Roles
- Click “Add User”
- Enter user details:
- Full name
- Email address
- Role selection
- Team assignments (if applicable)
- Send invitation
- User receives email invitation
User Invitation Process
- User receives invitation email
- Clicks invitation link
- Creates account password
- Accepts terms and conditions
- Account is activated
Editing User Information
- Find user in the list
- Click “Edit” next to user
- Update information:
- Personal details
- Role assignments
- Team assignments
- Permission settings
- Save changes
Removing Users
- Select user to remove
- Click “Remove User”
- Confirm removal
- User access is immediately revoked

- Click “Create New Role”
- Define role name and description
