Plan Details

Review the active plan, billing cycle, usage limits, enabled features, and expiry date. Upgrade or renew before the event if you expect more candidates, programmes, exports, or public traffic.

Payments

Online payments and manual payments can both appear in billing history. Check payment status before assuming a plan is active.

Invoices

Invoices include amount, discounts, tax, total, due date, and paid status. Download invoices for accounts and reimbursement records.

Coupons And Wallet

Coupons reduce payable amount when valid. Wallet balance may be applied if wallet payments are enabled for your account.

Before The Event

Confirm the subscription is active before opening registrations, inviting many users, or generating large exports.
