Choose the file, title, description, category, and public visibility. Use categories such as rules, schedule, forms, circulars, or results.

Mark a download public only if visitors should see it. Keep internal documents private.

Download count helps you understand which files people are using.

Open the file once, confirm it is correct, then publish it.
