Manage your Festie account settings, subscription, and personal information.
Change Password
To update your account password:
- Navigate to Account settings
- Click on āChange Passwordā
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click āUpdate Passwordā
Password Requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
View Subscription Status
Check your current subscription plan and billing information:
- Go to Account settings
- Click on āSubscriptionā
- View your current plan details
- See billing history
- Check next billing date

Update your billing details:
- Navigate to Account > Billing
- Update payment method
- Change billing address
- View invoices and receipts
- Download billing statements

- Update your name and email

- Enable two-factor authentication
- Manage active sessions
- View login history
- Set up security questions
Notification Preferences
- Email notifications
- SMS notifications
- Push notifications
- Customize notification types
Data Export
Export your fest data:
- Go to Account > Data Export
- Select data types to export
- Choose export format (CSV, Excel, PDF)
- Download the exported file
Account Deletion
To delete your account:
- Navigate to Account > Danger Zone
- Click āDelete Accountā
- Confirm your password
- Type āDELETEā to confirm
- Click āPermanently Deleteā
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data will be permanently removed.
