Programmes are the competitions or events candidates register for.

Create A Programme

Add the programme name, code, description, and type. Choose individual for solo participation and group for team entries with multiple members.

Configure Settings

Set registration windows, participant limits, group size, teams allowed, categories allowed, sections allowed, judging method, grading, positions, substitutions, and point distribution.

Programme Status

Keep programmes in draft while setup is incomplete. Move through evaluation and result stages only after registrations, scores, and checks are complete.

Collections

Use collections to group programmes for reports, templates, leaderboards, or public pages, such as stage items, literary items, or sports items.

Before Opening Registration

Check programme type, eligibility, limits, topic requirements, and judging method. These settings affect all registrations and reports.
