Enable Gallery
Activating Gallery
- Go to Gallery section
- Click “Enable Gallery”
- Configure gallery settings
- Set up gallery options
- Save configuration

- Public Access: Allow public viewing
- Private Access: Restrict to authorized users
- Upload Permissions: Who can upload photos
- Moderation: Review photos before publishing
View Gallery of a Programme
Programme Galleries
- Select programme
- Click “Gallery” tab
- View programme photos
- Browse photo albums
- Download or share photos
Gallery Information
- Album Name: Name of the photo album
- Photo Count: Number of photos in album
- Date Created: When album was created
- Last Updated: When album was last updated
- Visibility: Who can view the album

Creating Albums
- Go to Gallery section
- Click “Create Album”
- Enter album details:
- Album name
- Description
- Visibility settings
- Programme assignment
- Save album
Album Information
- Album Name: Display name for the album
- Description: Detailed album description
- Visibility: Public, private, or shared
- Programme: Which programme it belongs to
- Cover Photo: Album cover image
Uploading Photos
- Select album
- Click “Upload Photos”
- Choose photos from computer
- Add photo metadata
- Upload photos
