Substitutions

Substitutions let teams request participant changes or cancellations before a programme.

Enable Substitutions

Set whether substitutions are allowed and how long before the event they must close. Programme settings can override the workspace default.

Select the programme, team, original candidate, substitute candidate if applicable, reason, and supporting document if required.

Admins can approve, reject, or cancel requests. Add clear admin remarks so team managers know what happened.

Keep substitution deadlines strict once schedules and judging sheets are prepared.
