What is a Team?

A team in Festie represents a group of participants competing together in your fest. Teams can be:

  • School/College teams
  • Department teams
  • Club teams
  • Individual groups
  • Any organized group of participants

Add a Team

Creating a New Team

  1. Navigate to Teams section
  2. Click ā€œAdd Teamā€
  3. Enter team details:
    • Team name
    • Team code (optional)
    • Description
    • Team manager
    • Contact information
  4. Save the team

Team Information

  • Team Name: Display name for the team
  • Team Code: Short identifier (e.g., ā€œTEAM01ā€)
  • Description: Additional team information
  • Manager: Assigned team manager
  • Contact: Team contact details

Export Team List

Export Options

  1. Go to Teams section
  2. Click ā€œExport Teamsā€
  3. Choose format:
    • CSV (Excel compatible)
    • PDF report
    • Excel file
  4. Download the file

Export Data Includes

  • Team name and code
  • Manager information
  • Contact details
  • Member count
  • Registration status
  • Performance metrics

View Candidates of a Specific Team

Team Member Management

  1. Click on a team name
  2. View team members list
  3. See member details:
    • Name and contact
    • Registration status
    • Programme participation
    • Performance history

Adding Members to Team

  1. Select the team
  2. Click ā€œAdd Membersā€
  3. Search for candidates
  4. Select members to add
  5. Confirm addition

Removing Members from Team

  1. Go to team members list
  2. Click ā€œRemoveā€ next to member
  3. Confirm removal
